We are proud to have served the online community since 1995. e-Court USA aims to provide competent, affordable, secure, transparent and speedy justice for everyone. e-Court provides mediation and an uniform mediation/litigation system throughout the USA without the need to understand the peculiarities existing in each state legislative system.

The FIRST thing you should be doing is to complete your personal Profile. This is important as a central focal point for yourself and e-Court's Administration. It is necessary you keep the information therein "always" current. We need to be able to find you if you change home and/or email address ! Secondly please turn to Mediate Template. This is important because all e-Court members ( in the USA and around the world ) who have "Full Member status", will be able to find your personal information in their searches via Mail/Keep in Touch and Member Search. Also please register via the above "green" Active User Button in the TOP Panel should you wish to become an "Active" counsel provider ( "Solo" Practitioners ) or counsel seeker. . Thank you !

For your information, e-Court uses a voice mail system with telephone messages ( 613-761-8625 ) that are left after-hours or during very high call times. It is very important that you leave your return phone number and account email address in the message. Voice mail messages are returned in the order that they are received.
