Our motto is "upfront" knowledge of expenses. IMPORTANT: e-Court's fees are total; We do not charge hourly fees; Amounts quoted are your end costs exclusive of applicable provincial taxes. e-Court's fees are typically up to 60% cheaper when compared to costs associated with traditional "offline" mediation. Furthermore, e-Court's Mediation process last just six (6) weeks, or even shorter! The Mediator & e-Court fees quoted below cover remuneration for the Mediator and e-Court admin overhead. A "sharing-key" is applied between the Mediator & E-Court which is assessed for each case seperately. Where mediation has not resulted in a successful outcome, a refund of 25% of Mediator & e-Court fees is due & paid within 14 days to the individual intitating the mediation. The Video Conference fees. During weeks #2,3 and 5 a high-quality video conference is set up using Bell Canada between all relevant offices wherever they are located. The conferences will have no "time" limitations. Fees quoted reflect conference "length of time" expected relative to the monetary claims involved. When conflicts deal with amounts higher than C$60,000, attendance "by all parties" is obligatory and the mediation can not be left ONLY to the representative professional(s). The Mediation Counsel fees quoted below cover remuneration for the Mediation Professional who may represent your case ( either as plaintiff or defendant ).
