e-COURT℠ MEDIATION -LEGAL FORMS
Sydney, NSW, Australia
Dear friend,
e-COURT℠ Mediation forms include documents between two parties to a dispute or issue who have decided to try and resolve their dispute without the need for courts, through something called a "mediation." The parties appoint a mediator, who sets up a time to meet with them together and help facilitate a resolution.
It is the first step of the confidential mediation process. The process can only begin when e-Court received both parties’ information forms. Once received parties’ forms, the mediator who is assigned to the case will contact parties individually to set up a series of confidential (intake) meetings. These can include video conference calls. e-Court appointed mediators strive to complete the process within a six week period.
The more common mediation forms include ( but are non inclusive and listed just as an example ):
Agree-1 to Mediate .
Agree-2 to Mediate .
Request to Mediate.
Mediation Notice .
Certificate of Discharge. Thank you, and I look forward to welcoming you as a full & active member.
Sincerely & thank you,
