When the user clicks the forgot username, they can follow the screen prompts and instructions to retrieve their username. Steps to Find Forgotten Username: 1. When the user clicks the Forgot Username link. 2. Then the Forgot Username modal box will open. 3. The user can then enter their email address, they have on file for the application, and click the Forgot Username button. 4. The user can also click the Cancel button to exit the Forgot Username modal box. 5. If there is a username associated to the email address entered on the Forgot Username modal, a confirmation message like the below will be shown. 6. If there isn’t a valid user with this email, a message like the below will be shown.
