e-Court Video Conference Arbitration: A New Way to Resolve Disputes Online

Dear Mr. Huibert Arnold,

This is a new video conference internet service supported to provide a quick and easy way of resolving disputes that are typically filed as a small claims in the district court.

Through e-Court Mediation, parties can resolve their disputes online with the help of a mediator via e-Court videoconference. Mediation is a process in which a trained neutral person (a mediator) helps parties identify a solution to a dispute that best works for them. Mediators do not take sides, evaluate claims, or provide where feasible a just and workable solution.

To use services through the e-Court platform, the following is relevant:

    • Live, work, or have a dispute in one of the counties of the state where e-Court maintains (virtual) offices. Important: If you do not live or work in these counties, or your client's dispute did not arise there, clients can still use e-Court Mediation resolution services in other states to resolve their dispute. Please click the applicable state links to be referred the nearest dispute e-Court resolution clinic.

    • Have access to the internet, a good working desktop pc ( desktop is preferred over e-Court mobile platform ) and have an active email address.

    • All parties must be over the age of 18.

    • You do not need to have a case filed in court to use e-Court services. However if you do have a case pending in a non-e-Court, you can still use this service to try to reach a settlement before your hearing or trial date on behalf of your clients.

    • Fees to use my services will be send to you by the e-Court Adminstrative Clerk. These costs will differ on a case by case basis pending on the complexity of your dispute. At all times costs do not include any of my overhead office related expenses, afterall you want to pick my brains, education and experience.

    • The use of the e-Court Mediation platform guarantees: nutrality & unbias, service providers professionals are thoroughly vetted, your billed costs are deposited in an escrow account with a third party ( often a reliable USA bank ) which guarantees the utmost transparency and guarantees that payments can be made to the relevant parties, as well as a host of other advantages

    • This service is very helpful for resolving disputes of a broad range that involve:
